COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is not just a class where we talk about the weather and chat about our day. Based on your interest and choice, you will find a variety of themes to choose from and the appropriate idioms and phrasal verbs associated with them. When we start a new theme, we will talk about the theme and how it affects your life and the lives of others. From there, we will discuss the idioms related to the theme. On average, we will learn about 5 idioms/phrasal verbs per 50 minute lesson and use them in a variety of ways so that you understand different ways in which to use them. Each class will have interactive activities so that each new expression is used to benefit your English skills.
Each plan is broken up into 3 categories to suit your educational needs. All of the lessons will discuss certain themes which may be of interest to you and the idioms/phrasal verbs associated with the theme.

Frequently asked questions
Everyone learns a little differently than others. Depending on the person, we might go through more, or less idioms per class and complete the exercises associated with them at the student’s pace.
Yes, but I will teach a maximum of 5 students per class for the Conversational English class.
The prices mentioned above are for private 1-on-1 classes. Please email me if you and a couple of friends, or collegues would like to have a group lesson, so I can work out a price.
The slides that I use for this class are from books I have taught to students and have been designed by me.
To benefit from the material given, I felt that it was best to have a selection of courses, rather than individual classes like I do in my other course offerings.
