CLASS AND COURSE DESCRIPTION

The class and course offered are here to make your interview(s) count. Please send me your resume and job that you have, or are applying to so I can spend time to prepare for the first class. Starting in the first class, I will comment on your resume and show you how I developed the questions an employer may ask based on your experience. Each class is designed to work with the questions that you may be asked and how to answer them to get the best results possible. C.E.O.L.A. will work on your pronunciation and help you find the right words to make your future employer seriously consider you as the one they want.

Each lesson will cover all of the basic needs for you to prepare for your job interview. Prior to the first lesson, please let me know what the job is and what field it is related to, so I have time to prepare. During the lesson, I will also focus on your pronunciation so that your words and sentences are clearer.

What is your experience in HR (Human Resources)?

I have been fortunate to manage divisions of a couple of small private companies where I had to hire and fire staff members. I am skilled at looking over resumes and finding weakness written within them.

Can you guarentee that I will get the job I want if I take your class(es)?

No I can’t. I can assure you that you will be better prepared for the interview because of my non-biased approach to your own learning. However, I know that you will be more confident and better prepared than not taking a class.

Can I guarentee that the questions that we develop will be asked by the interviewer?

No I can’t. What I give you during our lessons are only possibilities. The questions that we work on together may be similar; therefore, the answers that we work on have a strong possibility to be used for related questions.

If I do not get the job I'm interviewed for, will I get my money back?

No, I can not give you your money back. My lessons are to help you prepare for your job and future jobs. How you go about the actual interview depends on many factors and the final decision made will be that of the interviewer(s).

What is the difference between 3 lessons and 5 lessons?

The biggest difference between the two lessons is time and more practice toward the answers we discuss. Also, your pronunciation will be enhanced.

Will you write my resume for me?

No. I will review the one that you give me and give you some pointers on how to improve it, or re-design it.
